30-Day Easy Returns

At Fureve, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return process.

Return Policy Overview

Return Window: You have 30 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned with everything included in the original package. This includes the product, accessories, instructions, packaging, and protective materials. Items that are incomplete, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned outside the policy window are not eligible for a refund.

Easy Returns: All returns or exchanges must be initiated by contacting our support team first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Territorial Scope: This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Fureve.

Return Costs

For Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, Lost, or Stolen Items: There is no cost to the customer. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive as expected, we will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email us at contact@fureve.com to start a return or exchange. Returns cannot be processed without contacting us first.

Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return address, return instructions, and a return form if required.

Send It Back: Items must be sent back according to the instructions provided in the return authorization email. Do not send returns to any address without prior approval.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund: If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 20 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@fureve.com.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or variant, you may request an exchange. We can either:

  • Exchange the item once it is returned, or
  • Approve a return and allow you to place a new order separately

If the original item is defective or damaged, we cover exchange shipping. If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are incomplete, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for return or refund.
